Back Up & Restore Boot Camp
To copy your Mac OS partition use Carbon Copy Cloner, but for Windows partitions you need something else-
FREE Winclone by Two Canoes Software is an app that will clone both Windows XP and Windows Vista, using FAT32 or NTFS, but it requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.
Current Apple Support for Boot Camp.
If you are still using Mac OS X 10.4.x Tiger with Boot Camp versions 1.2-1.4 read this Apple Support page for expired Boot Camp. These Boot Camp Betas were preview software and the licenses have been expired since October 2007. They still function, but are no longer supported by Apple.

Windows apps without Windows?
